Waterloo Regional Police are actively searching for a number of individuals implicated in a shooting that took place near Wilson Avenue and Kingsway Drive in Kitchener.
The event was first brought to light on Tuesday evening when reports of gunfire in that location reached the authorities, prompting officers to swiftly respond to the scene.
A statement issued by the police through a social media update just before 10:30 p.m. revealed that upon investigation, it was confirmed that the shooting occurred in a business parking lot.
