On Saturday at approximately 1:40 p.m., emergency services swiftly responded to reports of a single motor vehicle collision along Bridge Street West, near Lancaster Street West, amplifying concerns about road safety in the area.
According to police reports, the driver was navigating Bridge Street West when the vehicle veered off the roadway, descended an embankment, and ultimately ended up in a nearby river, marking a dramatic turn of events for both the driver and the passenger onboard.
