Waterloo Regional Police Service has taken over the investigation into a body discovered at a waste management facility in Toronto.
On March 1, authorities found the body of a male at the garbage and recycling facility located at 260 New Toronto St. in Etobicoke, Ont. The Toronto Police Service’s Homicide and Missing Person Unit responded to the scene around 8:30 a.m.
According to reports, it is suspected that the deceased was transported to the facility via a waste management truck.
